The River Bend Reservation Process
For the First Four Weeks

Selection
When you reserve, tell us your preferred sex and color. You can follow the litter during its first four to five weeks.

Deposit
Your $250 reservation deposit secures your place in the selection order, based on when payment is received. Before selection begins, it does not reserve a specific puppy. At around four to five weeks, River Bend Labs will contact families in order to discuss each puppy’s emerging temperament and help your family choose from the puppies still available. Once your family chooses a specific available puppy, your deposit reserves that puppy.

Finalize Adoption
We’ll arrange a pickup date and location when your puppy is eight weeks old or older.

Before selection begins around four to five weeks, your $250 deposit secures your place in the selection order, not a specific puppy. After selection begins, once your family chooses an available puppy, your deposit reserves that specific puppy. Reservation deposits are generally non-refundable. You may change your choice to a different available puppy if you wish. Payments are processed securely through our reservation form. Final payment may be made in cash or by any accepted digital payment method.

What is the purpose of the reservation deposit?

Is the deposit refundable if I change my mind?
Reservation deposits are generally non-refundable. You may change your choice to a different available puppy if you wish.
How do I pick my specific puppy?
River Bend Labs will contact your family around four to five weeks to discuss each puppy’s emerging temperament, your family’s needs and preferences, and help you choose from the puppies still available. Photos, videos, and FaceTime are available to help your family connect with your puppy.
What payment methods do you accept for deposits?
We accept secure online payments via official payment systems, including major credit cards and electronic transfers. Additional options may be available, contact River Bend Labs for details.
What happens after I submit my deposit?
After your deposit is confirmed, River Bend Labs will provide your family with updates about once a week on your puppy’s progress. Photos, videos, and FaceTime are available. Pickup will be arranged when your puppy is eight weeks old or older.
What is provided along with puppy?
All puppies go home with:
First vaccination.
Deworming regimen.
Microchip.
Carrying cage.
Puppy pads.
Favorite toy.
A litter towel carrying the scent of the puppy’s littermates and mother.
