The River Bend Reservation Process
A simple, ethical approach to finding your new family member.

Selection
Choose your favorite puppy from the pictures and description. Â Additional pictures and videos available upon request, or reserve the next available choice of a future litter.

Deposit
Submit a formal reservation deposit via secure electronic payment system to secure your puppy or your place in the selection order.

Finalize Adoption
After you submit the deposit and a choice of puppy is made, we will arrange a pickup date and location.

Reservation Deposit
$250
The non-refundable reservation deposit secures your puppy and is applied to the total purchase price. Payments are processed securely through our reservation form. Final payment may be made in cash or by any accepted digital payment method.

Reservation FAQ
What is the purpose of the reservation deposit?
The reservation deposit secures your place in our puppy picking order. It ensures that you are committed to welcoming a new family member and allows us to plan for each puppy's future home.
Is the deposit refundable if I change my mind?
Reservation deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable prior to four weeks of age to a future litter. This policy helps maintain the integrity of our waiting list for all prospective families.
How do I pick my specific puppy?
Puppy selection happens in the order deposits were received, typically around 4 weeks of age after temperament evaluations are complete to ensure the best family match.
What payment methods do you accept for deposits?
We accept secure online payments via official payment systems, including major credit cards and electronic transfers. Additional options may be available, contact River Bend Labs for details.
What happens after I submit my deposit?
Once confirmed, you'll be contacted by River Bend Labs and regular updates on the litter's progress, including photos and videos as the puppies grow and socialize. When the puppy reaches about six weeks of age, pick up/delivery schedules will be made, and official owners information will be requested and recorded in the AKC Litter Registration form as required by AKC.
